Most flight school software treats maintenance as a checkbox. FlyteSoft was built by people who own the airplanes, so maintenance is a first-class system — with the depth an A&P actually needs and the visibility the owner has never had.
Architecture
Almost every competitor puts every school into one shared database and separates you with application code. We don't. Each FlyteSoft customer gets a complete, private deployment — its own database, its own infrastructure, its own everything.
Your students' personal information and payment history are not stored beside another school's. Not filtered apart — not there at all. A cross-tenant leak isn't unlikely in this design; it has nowhere to happen.

Stated plainly, because you deserve to know what's shipping today and what isn't. Everything above this line is running right now. Everything below it is in development.
An AI trained on the maintenance data no competitor bothers to collect — work orders, parts, labor, inspection history, hobbs and tach across the whole fleet. It drafts, predicts, and flags what's coming.
AI-assisted, mechanic-decided. The A&P/IA decides and signs the return to service. No screen will ever present AI output as a sign-off.
The same software as an appliance in your closet. Air-gap capable, with the AI running locally — so the sentence "our student data never leaves the building" is literally true.
Why it's different
FlyteSoft wasn't designed in a conference room by people who have never pulled a dipstick. It runs a real school every day — its schedule, its maintenance, its payroll, and its revenue — and it had to survive that before it was ever offered to anyone else.
It was built by pilots working alongside AI — which is how a team this small shipped what normally takes a floor of engineers, and why the thing keeps improving weekly instead of annually. We think that's the future of software, and we'd rather show you than argue about it.
